This worked very well for a Superlative Arms adjustable gas block. It also worked very well for a generic non-adjustable gas block. I did NOT work for a Strike Industries Collar Adjustable Gas Block at all. The depression intended to hold the gas block was not large enough to accommodate the Strike gas block. Over-all, I am very pleased with the purchase. I was eventually able to pin gas tube into the Strike gas block without too much drama. It all depends on whether your gas block fits.
I have tried other "jigs" for gas tube pinning and this is the best one I've found to date. This design allows me some surface area to clamp the EZJPin Pro down to my bench while I ream the holes in the gas block and gas tube prior to pinning, and then actually install the roll pin. I work exclusively with SLR set screw adjustable gas blocks, which fit fine in the EZPin Pro.
Welcome addition to my AR tool box. Keeps gas block stable while pinning the gas tube. Would make great gift for my friends who work on their own rifles.
